jennifer profielJennifer’s passion for developing and implementing innovative workplace health programs made her thinking about starting up CoFender. She founded CoFender in 2014. She will combine her strong analytical and problem solving skills with her creativity to develop and implement outstanding workplace health programs in and beyond the Netherlands.

Education
Obtained a MSc degree in Business Administration and Social Psychology (Cum Laude) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
PhD project at VU Medical Centre within the department of Public and Occupational Health on the (cost-) effectiveness of a worksite health promotion program
Attended the Postgraduate Epidemiology Program at the VU University Medical Centre.

Past
Project coordinator Delta Lloyd for developing and implementing a lifestyle program
Working visit CEDAR institute (Centre for Diet and Activity Research) in Cambridge, United Kingdom
Working visit Department of Clinical Psychology, in Valencia, Spain.
Jennifer writed a number of scientific articles for journals in Occupational Medicine

Current
Jennifer is developing and implementing a lifestyle program for employees of the Banco de Santander Headquarters in Madrid Spain.

marieke profielMarieke is driven by an interest in designing and creating building interiors with principal purpose to improve human occupancy and use. She seeks to understand the relationship between people, activities and places. Due to hands-on collaboration with suppliers, she has outstanding knowledge on structures, forms, materials, textures, furniture, colour and lighting.

Education
Obtained a master degree in Interior Architecture at Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht

Past
Worked at Meyer en van Schooten Architecten.
Worked on house of health which was an initiative of Alzheimer Nederland, Diabetes fund, fund for mental health and lung fund.

Current
Since 2012 working for D+Z architecten. Over the years, she has contributed to many projects which involved improving
the physical (workplace) environment. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
